BYU Football: 3 bold predictions vs. UCF in 2020 Boca Raton Bowl
2. Both quarterbacks pass for over 400 yards
Dillon Gabriel and Zach Wilson are two of the best quarterbacks college football has to offer and they’re going to put on a show for the nation to see on Tuesday night.
Sure, BYU has one of the best defenses outside the Power Five, but the Cougars haven’t quite seen anyone like Gabriel to this point. The Cougars allow under 200 yards per game through the air, but that number will be more than doubled in the Boca Raton Bowl. Gabriel will hit the 400-yard mark against BYU’s normally-stingy defense, and then some.
Wilson, too, is going to have himself a Heisman-like showing. He’s going to hit the 400-yard mark and throw five or six touchdowns just like his counterpart for the Knights. He might even hit the 500-yard mark against UCF’s horrid secondary.
If you’re looking for an epic quarterback battle, this is the game for you. BYU and UCF are going to show the rest of the country just why these offenses are ranked near the top of college football.
This Boca Raton Bowl is going to be fun.
