1. Brady White Will Throw for 400 yards and Three Touchdowns

Memphis will come into this game with one of the most experienced and productive quarterbacks in division one football in Brady White. For the past three seasons, White has played as one of the most high-caliber deep passing quarterbacks.

This season, White became the all-time passing yards leader in program history with 10,406 yards. He also threw for 87 touchdowns in the past three seasons, which is six more passing touchdowns than previous number record holder Danny Wimprine and his 81 touchdowns.

The Tigers’ offense ranks 43rd in the nation in points per game (31.6) and 13th in passing yards per game (306.9). White has been highly consistent in finding busted coverages from opposing defenses and driving the ball down the field.

This season, White has thrown for 3,096 yards, 28 touchdowns, and nine interceptions on 232 completions (out of 386 passing attempts). White has accumulated four games where he passed over 310 yards and five games where he passed for three touchdowns.

Florida Atlantic’s defense is one of the most efficient scoring defenses and passing defenses in the nation. Their defense ranks ninth in the nation in points allowed per game (16.5) and eighth in passing yards allowed per game (156.9). Memphis’ offense relies on their offense and White passing the ball efficiently down the field.

The Tigers will need White to play at a highly-productive level in his last game with the program in order to defeat a tough defense that can create pressure through multiple blitzing schemes of the Owls. It may be not difficult for the Tigers to get an explosive offense going with White leading the helm.
