Isaiah Johnson is the highest-ranked recruit on this list and he’s only at No. 2 because he’s already signed so the first step is done. He committed back in August but didn’t sign in the early period and that may have some fans on edge, but all signs are pointing to the Playa Del Rey-native to sign with the Sun Devils next Wednesday.

Still, until that pen hits the paper, no one knows what will happen for sure and Herm Edwards has to make sure that Johnson is sticking with Arizona State.

There will undoubtedly be teams trying to flip him at the last minute, especially since he’s one of the best cornerbacks in the country. In fact, he’s listed as the No. 139 overall prospect and ninth-best cornerback, according to the composite.

Johnson holds offers from the likes of Florida, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, Texas, Texas A&M and USC, among many others.

This will be an important storyline to watch next week.
