Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Alabama Crimson Tide. 829. Nov 6. Tuscaloosa (AL). 9. player

After suffering their first loss of the season, LSU will look to bounce back, but it won’t be easy because their next game is a road trip to Tuscaloosa to face the defending national champions. LSU will have a bye week to get ready for their most anticipated game of the year and they will need to play a perfect game to be able to beat Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide.

Alabama might have to replace several starters and big time players from last years national championship team, but those guys are some of the most talented recruits and players in the country and by November, they should be rolling.

I think this game will be more competitive than last season, but I just can’t see LSU going into Tuscaloosa and winning against Alabama again. I don’t trust their defense enough for them to get enough stops against Bryce Young and the Alabama offense. The Crimson Tide win and end any hopes LSU had at winning the SEC West.

Final Score: LSU 24, Alabama 38 (7-2, 4-2 SEC)

10. player. 844. Pick Analysis. Nov 13. Baton Rouge (LA). Scouting Report. Arkansas Razorbacks

LSU will be coming off back to back defeats at the hands of Ole Miss and Alabama and will need a win vs Arkansas if they want to stay in the running for the New Years six games. Arkansas had a very nice season a year ago and will look to build off of that. However, the Razorbacks will have to replace some key players on offense and that could make it very tough to improve on last seasons results.

I think that LSU will win this game and get refocused on finishing strong the rest of the season. The talent should be pretty seasoned at this point in the season and I think that will be the difference between these two programs in November. LSU gets a key win at home.

Final Score: LSU 35, Arkansas 20 (8-2, 5-2 SEC)
