5-star defensive end Korey Foreman

The next pick on this list is pretty obvious and that’s five-star defensive end Korey Foreman, who just happens to be the No. 1 overall recruit in the 2021 class.

Out of Corona, California, Foreman is 6-foot-4, 265 pounds and he is a dynamic pass rusher. But the great thing about Foreman is that he’s not just an edge rusher, he can play anywhere on the defensive line and that’s what will be valuable right away for USC.

Drake Jackson and Nick Figueroa are probably the Trojans best pass rushers coming back or at least their most productive with 5.5 sacks combined last season.

Jackson has played more of the standup edge rusher and we’ll see if Foreman is used there or more as a traditional defensive end, but either way, the kid is way too talented to keep off the field for long. He should play a lot right away.
