2. Cincinnati Bengals (No. 38)

One of those rosters that might just be on the verge of becoming a real threat to the rest of the NFL, the Cincinnati Bengals are building quite the offense.

Last year, Cincinnati drafted Joe Burrow No. 1 overall and then added Tee Higgins in the second round. Those two developed a strong connection before Burrow got injured and missed the remainder of the year. Add Joe Mixon and Tyler Boyd to the mix and you have one of the most promising offenses in the league.

But Cincinnati still needs to add a receiver. AJ Green is a free agent after a disappointing comeback season and there’s really no clear WR3 in the mix. That’s where Elijah Moore could come into play.

Moore doesn’t need to be the go-to guy right away or even the No. 2 receiver and being the third option probably would be best-case scenario for him as a rookie. Not too much pressure and he can learn behind both a veteran (Boyd) and a guy who was in his shoes a year earlier (Higgins).

Imagine a future trio of wide outs like Boyd, Moore and Higgins; not many NFL teams will have gameplans for that type of explosion.
