1. Bryce Young in Bill O’Brien’s offense

The biggest storyline in Tuscaloosa this spring will be seeing new starting quarterback Bryce Young in Bill O’Brien’s offense for the first time.

O’Brien was known as a good play-caller while with the Texans and in his time as the offensive coordinator of the New England Patriots. Young has a dynamic skill set that Alabama has not had in Nick Saban’s time there.

Young is a very skilled thrower and runner and it is going to be one of the storylines to watch in the country this spring. While Young is very talented, it is never easy when you have to fill someone like Mac Jones’ shoes.

I expect Young to be a darkhorse Heisman contender and should fit this offense effortlessly.
