1. Arizona (W)

BYU will kick off their 2021 season with a visit to Arizona to face the Wildcats. Arizona is, without question, the worst team in the Pac-12 and one of the worst in the entire Power Five. Brigham Young will have very little trouble shutting down the kittens in question. Double-digit victory should be a certainty here.

Record: 1-0

2. Utah (L)

BYU will feel the absence of the players that give their team so much life on the field in 2020. And this is where it will really start to take effect. Utah is no newbie when it comes to owning their rival Cougars, and this game will be Brigham Young’s first step back towards humility. Competitive game, but heartbreaking defeat for the Cougs.

Record: 1-1

3. Arizona State (W)

ASU will be no pushover, but Brigham Young will have something to prove after a tough-to-swallow rivalry loss. Utah was on the road when they beat BYU, now the Cougars are home again. Sorry Sun Devils, you take a well-fought L in this one.

Record: 2-1

4. South Florida (W)

To be frank, the South Florida Bulls have just flat-out sucked at football in the past few years. The Cougars are at home for their third consecutive game, and the crowd will be into it. BYU takes this game by a wide margin; 25-30 points to be approximate.

Record: 3-1
