Syracuse football struggled last college football season, even by Atlantic Coast standards. Will 2021 see any positive change for the Orange?

Syracuse Football has never been a particularly elite CFB brand, and 2020 proved such a claim as still accurate.

Syracuse football amassed a shabby 1-10 record last year, with their sole victory coming against fellow ACC bottom-dweller Georgia Tech. Besides that one shining moment, the Orange saw nothing but painfully degrading defeats, most of which were blowouts.

And by seemingly planning to return with head coach Dino Babers and still holding a rather undesirable recruiting performance, Syracuse has shown virtually no signs of proactivity for the upcoming season, either.

But playing in a lackluster Power 5 conference helps open a wide range of opportunities for the Orange, and their probability of snatching some relevance must be considered as a result.

Can Syracuse make a sizable impact in 2021, or will the Orange merely waste yet another year of college football due once again to the pure mediocrity that they so frequently display? Here are the game-by-game predictions of the Syracuse Orange for their upcoming season.
