Gregory Rousseau opted out of the 2020 season and that probably will cause him to fall farther in the draft than he should after being credited with 15.5 sacks back in 2019, as a freshman.

The Ravens are in desperate need of some pass-rush help after losing Matthew Judon and Yannick Ngakoue, so Rousseau would be an ideal fit. He also offers something unique at 6-foot-7 and just feels like he would wreak havoc for Baltimore.

The Saints have a number of needs, not the least of which is replacing franchise quarterback Drew Brees, although Jameis Winston looks like he will get the first shot.

Unless New Orleans really falls in love with a QB like Kellen Mond here out of Texas A&M, Samuel Jr. makes a lot of sense. The Saints need to upgrade the cornerback position and that need, plus the value makes Samuel the pick.

And much like Jaire Alexander a couple of years ago, his lack of height won’t hold him back. He’s a great man-to-man cover guy who had four picks over the last two years.
