17. Scouting Report. Jaelan Phillps . Miami. player. 28. Pick Analysis. EDGE

Oakland really needs to upgrade its defense and thankfully for the Raiders, one of the best pass rushers in the draft falls to them in our 2021 NFL mock draft at No. 17 in Jaelan Phillips.

Phillips is a freak off the edge and at 6-foot-5, 260-some pounds is one of the best defensive linemen in the draft. The Raiders need to upgrade their pass rush and Phillips is just the ticket, especially with him fresh off an eight-sack season that also featured 15.5 tackles for loss.

Azeez Ojulari. 18. player. 59. Scouting Report. EDGE . Georgia. Pick Analysis

With the Dolphins second pick in the 2021 NFL draft, they address another big need which is edge rusher and they do it by adding Azeez Ojulari, one of the most talented prospects in the draft.

As a redshirt sophomore, he had 9.5 sacks and 12.5 tackles for loss for the Bulldogs. He also ran a 4.6 in the 40-yard dash and has decent size at 6-foot-3. He is more of the hybrid edge defender and will be a great fit in Miami.
