Alabama Football: 4 biggest threats to Tide on 2021 schedule

Alabama football coming off of what just might have been its greatest season performance to date, and they certainly allowed no apocalypse-tier pandemic to keep them from achieving such a goal.

At this point in Alabama’s timeline, especially within the Nick Saban era, the thoughts of any challenger making posing as a true roadblock between them and the title game feel like nothing more than wishful thinking.

Playing in the best conference in the country has its consequences, however. Multiple Southeastern teams have made an impact on the college football world throughout the last four years or so; most namely those programs are Georgia, LSU, and Florida.

In 2021, Alabama will most likely need to have its strongest moments when they are away from home. The Tide open their stretch with an Atlanta-based match against the solid Miami Hurricanes, before visiting the aforementioned Florida Gators, along with the Texas A&M Aggies and Auburn Tigers throughout the remainder of their slate. But their obstacles will go reach much further than just the road games.

With that in mind, here are the four biggest threats that stand between Alabama and the ultimate prize in 2021.
