RB. Oklahoma State. 47. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Chuba Hubbard. 3. player

Like his teammate Tylan Wallace, Chuba Hubbard came into the 2020 season with high expectations and Hubbard was unable to meet them due to injuries. in 2019, Hubbard was one of the best running backs in college football, rushing for over 2,000 yards and being a really explosive back.

Hubbard made a curious decision to come back to school and in terms of his draft stock, it hurt him more than it helped him. Where Chuba Hubbard is taken will be an interesting storyline to follow after the first round of the draft.

A team that could be looking for running back depth at some point in the draft is the New England Patriots. The Patriots could not find a consistent ground game last season with either Sony Michel, Damian Harris, and James White and it could be good for the team to bring in a fresh face to push them for playing time.

Michel has been a disappointment in his first few years in the league and it is unclear if Damian Harris is anything more than a depth piece for the team. I think Hubbard to the Patriots would be a nice fit.
