Najee Harris has been a household name since his time in high school and the No. 1 recruit in the country and he lived up to that ranking and some during his time in Tuscaloosa.

Harris was one of the most dynamic playmakers in the country the past few seasons and he really showed how dynamic he was in 2020, becoming a top threat catching the ball out of the backfield and being a threat anytime he touched the ball.

Harris is a physical ballcarrier and is someone that runs with incredible power. His vision is among the best that you will see at the position and his athletic ability to make people miss is incredible for someone his size. His decision to come back to school for his senior season paid off in a big way with Harris becoming a first-round pick.

Grade: B

I love the player, but I think that the Steelers had some bigger needs that they could have filled with this pick. I think that all positions on the offensive line were bigger needs and with guys like Teven Jenkins and Landon Dickerson on the board, Pittsburgh could have added to the offensive line to give Ben Roethlisberger protection and make sure he stays upright throughout the year.

Harris will be a nice fit in this offense because the Steelers love to have a physical running game and he would also add to the passing game as well. Harris will be an instant impact player, but the Steelers missed out on a chance to add to their offensive line and make themselves better up front.
