2. Lorenzo Styles Jr.

Freshman wide outs usually do not see the field right away under Brian Kelly at Notre Dame. You do not get recruited to come play at Notre Dane if you are not talented enough to play right away, but if you look at Kelly’s track record it just rarely happens with this position group.

I think Lorenzo Styles Jr. is the guy who breaks through and sees the field this upcoming year, though.

If there is one word to describe Styles by watching his film it is explosive. The way he just runs and hits holes is impressive now, and he really is just scratching the service. Like Lenzy he is a guy who can do screens, reverses, and potentially kickoffs and punts too.

The incoming freshman class of Styles, Deion Colzie, and Jayden Thomas will go down as one of the better receiving classes in my opinion when it is all said and done in a few years. Styles is the first of the bunch to get his shot and succeed on the field.
