I have no doubt in my mind that this game is going to be more lopsided than any on Arizona State’s schedule.

The Sun Devils will host rival Arizona in the final week of the regular season on Nov. 27 and much like the 2020 matchup, this is going to get embarrassing for the Wildcats quickly.

Jedd Fisch has taken over as head coach for Kevin Sumlin who led Arizona to an 0-5 season in 2020 which was capped off with a 70-7 romping by the Sun Devils on his home turf. That was the last straw for the athletic department and I’m shocked he was even allowed to finish coaching the game. The white flag was waved — at least it should have been — by Arizona in 2020.

Not much will change in 2021 as the Sun Devils will have one of the best backfields in college football and a quarterback in Jayden Daniels who might just be a Heisman candidate.

If the Sun Devils’ offense lives up to the hype, 70 points could be reachable again.
