I don’t see Virginia being much of a threat in 2021 even though the Cavaliers finished 5-5 last season. Bronco Mendenhall has turned the program around in a short period of time, but is there enough talent on the 2021 roster to really make a push for the ACC title? I’d say no.

Honestly, I’m not sure I trust Brennan Armstrong enough to fight off the turnover bug and lead the Cavaliers past a tough BYU team on the road.

BYU is going to have its way with Virginia in this one, controlling most of the game.

Final Score: Virginia 23, BYU 38 (6-3)

This one is fairly easy to predict. Idaho State isn’t exactly a premier FCS team and the Bengals haven’t truly been relevant since the 1980s.

Idaho State hasn’t won a conference title since 2002 and no one really expects that to change in 2021. The Bengals won’t put up much of a fight here.

The Cougars win this one big and have their reserves in for the entire second half.

Final Score: Idaho State 10, BYU 52 (7-3)
