SEC Football Power Rankings, Week 3: Hogs with the upset, Vols on rocky bottom

LSU found a way on Saturday to get what they needed to do done, but it could have been better. They are on the right track now, but the schedule really doesn’t get any easier and they have to find wins in the next couple of games because who knows what the future holds.
LSU plays Central Michigan next week, a team that gave Missouri fits. Overall, this team has some work to do to get back on what should be called the “LSU track.”
After falling to Kentucky in the season SEC opener, the Missouri Tigers stay put. They put up a fight at the end of the game, not just rolling over as we have seen before.
Connor Bazelak is not a bad quarterback and Missouri can still win a handful of games left on their schedule, but it won’t be easy. They have another tune-up in Southeast Missouri State this week, but things have to get better for the Tigers.
