It seems like just yesterday the college football season was kicking off with some Week 0 matchups followed by a loaded Labor Day weekend but now we’re already in Week 3.

With sports betting becoming legal all around the country, there has never been more intrigue regarding the best bets of the week and for most of us, this is the first taste we’ve gotten of college football betting. So far this season, things have been relatively unpredictable.

We’ve seen some upsets, some blowouts, and closer games than we expected, so that makes betting all the more difficult.

But I’m here with my third edition of “best bets” of the week and so far this season, I’m 7-for-10 and was right on 4-of-5 of my picks a week ago.

Last week, I had South Carolina +1 on the road against East Carolina and the Gamecocks won. I had Michigan -7 against Washington and the Wolverines won by three touchdowns. I had Iowa and Iowa State hitting the under of 46.5 and that was almost too easy. And even easier was my Oregon +16 pick at Ohio State where the Ducks ended up winning by a touchdown.

My one loss was picking the over of 49 in the BYU versus Utah game which ended up being a 26-17 final.

Let’s take a look at my best bets for Week 3. Maybe I can go a perfect 5-0 this week.

Best bets record in Week 2: 4-1
Best bets record on the season: 7-3
