2. Notre Dame has no turnovers

Turnovers are a huge part of the game and are extremely important. Usually the team who can hold onto the ball and have the least amount of turnovers wins the game most of the time in the end.

Notre Dame comes into Week 3 with four turnovers on the year. They only had one turnover in Week 1 against Florida State, but had three crucial turnovers last week against Toledo. Notre Dame has had two nail-biting victories and the turnovers can be attributed to the close margins.

Look no further then last week with Notre Dame’s three turnovers against Toledo. The three turnovers for the Irish resulted in 19 points for the Rockets on the scoreboard. If Notre Dame takes care of ball against Toledo that is lot more comfortable win for the Irish overall.

Facing a better team in Purdue the Irish offense takes care of the ball and has no turnovers against Purdue this week.
