1. Irish finally win by more than one score

Notre Dame has had back to back one possession victories on the season and that is finally snapped on Saturday against Purdue.

The Irish as you all know have had nail bitters so far, but on the other side of the field Purdue has had a lot more breathing room in their victories so far this season.

It is pretty fair to say that both Notre Dame and Purdue have not had the toughest schedules so far this year and will see a step up in talent come Saturday afternoon on each side.

The Irish and Boilermakers players and staffs will be fired up to get a win for their respective schools, but only one team will leave Notre Dame Stadium with a victory and some bragging rights and that will be Notre Dame.

This really feels like the week that Notre Dame starts to put it together and play a full game of football on both sides of the ball.

Prediction: Notre Dame 31, Purdue 21
