Clemson won in Week 3, but did it really feel like it?

Dabo Swinney has to be in somewhat of a panic mode after looking rather pedestrian through three weeks and nearly falling victim to a massive upset by Georgia Tech. The Yellow Jackets kicked a field goal with under two minutes to play and then recovered the ensuing onside kick in a one-score game.

The Yellow Jackets drove all the way down the field on Clemson and got deep into the red zone before going for it on fourth-and-goal and the Tigers sniffed out a Georgia Tech shovel pass at the 2-yard line. It was a heck of an effort from Georgia Tech but Clemson escaped — despite a safety that nearly cost the Tigers the game.

I doubt there are any Clemson fans who feel good about their 2-1 start to the season as DJ Uiagalelei and the rest of the offense look anemic.

Sure, the defense is good, but you can’t win if you can’t score.
