3. USC (-11) vs. Oregon State

Look, I get it, USC is in a state of limbo right now without a head coach, but we saw last week against Washington State that it can’t be that bad.

Clay Helton was fired a couple of weeks ago and it looked like it was taking its toll on the Trojans last weekend as they were trailing 14-0 very early on and then USC went on a 45-0 run to win big against the Cougars. Is Wazzu that bad or is USC a little more motivated now that the school has shown that it’s serious about winning with the right coach? It could be both.

USC will now host another one of the worst Pac-12 teams in the conference in Oregon State. Sure, the Beavers beat Hawaii and Idaho by a combined score of 87-27, but that was Hawaii and Idaho. USC is not going to be so easy for the Beavers.

I truly think USC is one of the most talented teams in the conference and if the Trojans live up to their potential, they could beat just about anyone. They should have no problem with Oregon State.

While 11 points seems like a lot for a team without a coach, I think the Trojans win this by 2-3 touchdowns.
