Georgia did what it was supposed to do on Saturday. They opened up a can on Vanderbilt in Nashville, scoring 28 points in the first quarter and then just cruising to a 62-0 conference road win which is nothing short of impressive.

The Bulldogs are going to get some more first-place votes this week with Alabama playing Southern Miss and given how good Georgia has looked this year.

I’ve been more than impressed with the Bulldogs through four games and I’d be shocked if they weren’t a playoff team when the season ends — I know it’s a little early to say that, but that’s how good the Bulldogs have been.

JT Daniels knocked out any “is Stetson Bennett IV the better quarterback?” talk with a huge game and he deserves some serious Heisman consideration.

It’s time to look at Georgia as potentially the nation’s best team through one month.
