BYU is going to approach the top 10 this week, but a win at Utah State might not be quite as impressive as a Michigan win at Wisconsin so I think the Cougars get leaped by the Wolverines.

Still, I’m impressed with how well BYU has played this season despite being down Zach Wilson from last year and Jaren Hall and Baylor Romney were injured against the Aggies and they still won by two scores. This may be the best non-Power Five team.

A Florida loss to Kentucky will just do enough to get the Cougars into the top 10 as they sit there at No. 10 heading into Week 6.

Tyler Allgeier was the hero of Friday night’s win as he put the team on his back with Hall and Romney out and rushed for over 200 yards. He proved just why he should be considered one of the best running backs in the country.

For a second straight year, the Cougars are going to be a top-10 team and Kalani Sitake deserves some major praise.
