Another weekend of college football brought another crazy round of results, except at the top. Georgia jumped all over Arkansas and the Razorbacks never really had a chance. The Bulldogs defense gave no life to the Arkansas offense and the Bulldogs came away with a huge win in Athens.

In one of the more anticipated games of the day, Alabama similarly jumped all over Ole Miss and Nick Saban extended his undefeated streak against former assistant coaches. It is clear that Alabama and Georgia are on a collision course for Atlanta in the SEC Championship and it does not seem like anyone is getting in their way between them.

Cincinnati won the biggest game in program history on Saturday afternoon. The Bearcats have announced themselves as playoff contenders, but I want to caution people that are just shooing them in already. There is still a lot that has to go right for Cincinnati and a lot of that stems from the Committee’s unwillingness to give Group of Five teams proper credit.

Elsewhere, Oregon took a loss to Stanford. Florida was stunned by Kentucky. Texas A&M continues to look inept on offense and Baylor lost their showdown against Oklahoma State. The playoff race is starting to take shape, but there is still a lot of moving pieces that are going to be shuffled in the months ahead. Whoever you think the best teams are, it is likely that you will change your mind by the next week.

Here are the winners and losers from the Week 6 AP Top 25.
