1. Attention shifts towards the critical game against Iowa

Penn State should enjoy this win, as Indiana is a team that has many core contributors from their Cinderella run in 2020. Once they wake up in the morning, all the focus will shift to a game that has massive Big Ten and College Football Playoff implications.

The Nittany Lions will take a trip to Iowa for what will likely be a matchup between the Nos. 3 and 4 teams in the country.

This game will not be the end-all for who makes the playoff or even the conference championship. Ohio State is still very much a contender, as is a team in Michigan who has got off to a fantastic start.

As of this moment, these two teams are the best the Big Ten has to offer. Both feature strong defenses, but Iowa will have the advantage on that side of the ball.

Iowa will not have a playmaker like Jahan Dotson suit up for them, so that will also give an advantage on offense for Penn State.

Either way this game goes, we are all in for a treat. Penn State has their first legitimate shot at a playoff run since 2017. Taking care of business against Iowa will go a long way in securing a strong playoff resume.
