2. No lead is safe against this Oklahoma team

Down 10 at halftime, Oklahoma fans had to feel just fine. Sure, losing 10-0 to Kansas on the road is never a good feeling, but Sooner fans weren’t too worried because, well, they had Caleb Williams and he has specialized in comebacks this season.

In fact, this entire team has been built on wild comebacks this year.

I’ll preface this by saying I don’t think Oklahoma took Kansas seriously early on. The Sooners came in and expected to run all over the Jayhawks, but when Kansas threw some punches, Oklahoma knew it was game on. The halftime deficit was a good indication that the Sooners needed to start getting serious, and they did in the second half.

Williams put his game face on — quite literally — and the Sooners were able to score at will in the second half. They were down 17-14 heading into the fourth but scored two quick touchdowns, including a magical fourth-down run by Williams which he turned into a touchdown.

Sometimes when a team is trailing by double figures, you just feel like the game is over. But not with this Oklahoma team. No lead is safe against these Sooners.

Don’t believe me? Just ask Texas.
