ACC Football Power Rankings, Week 9: Does the ACC have the best QBs?

Welcome back to headquarters on the corner of Tobacco Road and the future site of the David Cutcliffe Memorial Trophy. It has been dog-eat-dog all season in the ACC. Games have been close, competitive and fun without an alpha team this season.

This weekend’s slate of games has some pivotal and exciting matchups. While everyone expects Pitt to do Pitt things, here at headquarters, it is our contention they did that against Western Michigan. Ironically, that game could keep them out of the Playoff.

Could Clemson lose to Florida State? They are two programs trending in opposite directions. After being handled by Pitt, Clemson is trying to rebound while Florida State goes to Death Valley East riding a three-game winning streak.

Syracuse won a close game after losing three consecutive games by a field goal. This week is a must-win if the Orange wants any chance at the postseason. Boston College is without its best player, and with games against Pitt, North Carolina State, and Louisville on the schedule, their chances of bowling increase with winning Saturday.
