3. UNC is winless on the road

North Carolina has not played well away from Chapel Hill. As mentioned earlier the Tar Heels were upset week one at Virginia Tech 17-10. Three weeks later North Carolina battled Georgia Tech on a neutral site in Atlanta. The Yellow Jackets ran the Tar Heels out of the building in a route 45-22.

It is only a small sample size with them only playing two games away from Kenan Memorial Stadium, but North Carolina is a completely different team when you take them out of their Carolina blues.

Notre Dame Stadium was rocking last weekend against USC under the lights. This week will be another night game and should be another rowdy Irish crowd that will not make it easy for North Carolina.
