Welcome back to headquarters on the corner of Tobacco Road and the future site of the David Cutcliffe Memorial Statue. Yes, Cutcliffe is still going to get his statue. The Blue Devils are struggling this season, but Coach “Cut” has made Duke football relevant for the first time since the ‘Ol Ball Coach patrolled the sidelines in Durham.

The Wake Forest Demon Deacons are 8-0 for the first time in school history. If the Deacons run the table, they will be the ultimate test case for best versus most deserving as it concerns the College Football Playoff.

Here at headquarters, we are not focused on the Playoff. Whatever the Deacons do for the rest of the season, hats off to coach Clawson and the smallest school in the Power Five.

So, to rubbing rocks while running downhill, playing your football games in NFL stadiums, and the electricity of the Dome, here are the ACC football power rankings for Week 10.
