Entering Week 10, I don’t think anyone was expecting the craziness that ensued around college football which will undoubtedly shake up the College Football Playoff rankings for Week 11.

The weekend got started early with a Utah blowout win over Stanford on Friday night which I believe will be enough to get the Utes into the playoff rankings this week as the second Pac-12 team to earn some national respect.

Saturday’s slate got off to an interesting start as Georgia fell behind 3-0 to Missouri early on before routing the Tigers 43-6 which will lead to the Bulldogs holding onto that No. 1 ranking for yet another week. Ohio State nearly dropped a tough one at Nebraska and Wake Forest dropped from the ranks of the unbeaten with a loss to North Carolina after coughing up an 18-point second-half lead.

In the afternoon slate, Michigan State, the No. 3 team in the playoff rankings, fell at Purdue as the “Spoilermakers” did what they do best against top-five teams in West Lafayette. Cincinnati nearly dropped one to Tulsa in ugly fashion after building a 28-12 lead, Oklahoma State held on to beat West Virginia in a dominant defensive fashion, and Baylor fell to a seemingly broken TCU team in Forth Worth. Oh, and Arkansas picked up another ranked win under Sam Pittman.

At night, there was even more craziness as LSU gave Alabama all it could handle before the Tide escaped a massive upset at home, 20-14. Washington and Oregon battled in a classic as the Ducks held on to win, Michigan bounced back after an emotional loss last week, and Tennessee gave Kentucky all it could handle as well.

What will the College Football Playoff rankings look like in Week 11?
