Graham Mertz – Quarterback

Graham Mertz, like the Wisconsin team as a whole, has had a weird year. Mertz was really struggling early on in the year, but during their winning streak he has really turned things around and looks like a complete different player.

Mertz finished the game completing 18 passes for 216 yards, and two touchdown passes through the air. He has thrown six touchdowns and only had two turnovers in the last three games.

With Mertz taking care of the ball more regular and not turning it over this is a tough team to beat.

Many were calling for a change at quarterback in Madison about a month ago but those people are rather quiet now these days.
