Alabama stays put despite struggling with LSU because, well, they didn’t lose. Now, they have Arkansas and a Bo Nx-less Auburn team left and I don’t anticipate them finishing anything less than 11-1. Do they wish they had that Texas A&M game back? Sure, but they know that they are still going to make the Playoff regardless, assuming they beat Georgia in the SEC Championship game, so does it really matter?

There is no question in my mind that Georgia finishes this season 12-0. Will they beat Alabama for the SEC title when Alabama is playing for that Playoff spot? I don’t know, but they will finish the regular season undefeated and that is something to be proud of. This SEC football slate is not easy, even though it would seem that winning the East is slightly easier. Now, the Bulldogs just have to prove that they are the real deal and finally add something to that trophy case.
