We are going to see Oregon take quite the dip in Week 13 after getting slobber-knocked by the Utah Utes in Salt Lake City.

You know it’s bad when the fourth quarter is just starting and “overrated” chants are raining down from the crowd. The Ducks were manhandled from start to finish against the Utes and the slow starts to games finally came back to bite them.

The committee may not drop them completely out of the top 10 because they have been judging them very favorably for weeks now, but I see Oregon slipping closer to No. 10 than it’s been since Week 3.

Unfortunately, the Ducks are going to be out of any College Football Playoff consideration after this loss. You just can’t see your first ranked opponent since Week 3 and lose by double digits and get dominated all game long.

Utah, on the other hand, continues to impress as they improve to 8-3 and they’ll undoubtedly move up in this week’s rankings. Kyle Whittingham’s team put on a show at Mario Cristobal’s expense.
