Pac-12: Utah rolls past Oregon again

Utah beating Oregon again probably doesn’t sound like that monumental of a prediction, but that’s not what I said. I said that Utah would roll past them again, and that puts a whole new spin on it.

Just a couple of weeks ago, the Utes welcomed the Ducks into Salt Lake City for a complete and utter beatdown, as the college football world saw the former take the 38-7 win.

Will the margin of victory be that big for the Utes this time around? I don’t believe so, as shutting down a ranked conference foe like that is hard to do once, let alone twice. However, still expect another convincing win in Utah’s favor.

Oregon had a solid showing against the bowl-eligible Oregon State, but that wasn’t enough to completely ignore what the Utes did to them. After all, it’s not as if their previous meeting took place in September; this is the exact same pair of teams that we saw go into it just two weeks ago.

Personally, I can see Utah taking this one in fairly standard fashion: A common score, that still manages to display a mismatch. In other words, a less-lopsided version of what we saw in week 12.

Score: Utah 27, Oregon 13
