Michigan Football is playing with a ton of momentum. Here are three reasons why it’ll win the Big Ten title game over Iowa.

Allowing Jim Harbaugh to remain the head coach of the Michigan Football team is looking more and more like a shrewd bet.

Harbaugh finally got that much-needed win over rival Ohio State, sending Wolverine fans into a state of euphoria. On top of that, Michigan just found themselves ranked No. 2 in the College Football Playoff Rankings.

A win against Iowa in the Big Ten Conference Championship game will punch a ticket to their first-ever appearance in the College Football Playoff.

Here are three reasons why you should expect the Michigan Wolverines to win the Big Ten Championship this weekend.

1. Michigan has a ton of momentum

Michigan is riding a huge wave of momentum heading into this game against Iowa at Lucas Oil Stadium.

They blew out the Buckeyes at home, in the snow, in front of a sold-out crowd and the biggest college football TV audience in years.

Before that, the Wolverines dispatched the Nittany Lions at State College and blew out Maryland on the road.

Iowa has squeaked out wins in their previous four games, winning by an average of 6.75 points in those games. Michigan on the other hand, has won by an average of 20.5 points in their last four games, which includes a match-up against a team that boasts the best offense (statistically speaking) in the country.
