2. Cameron Rising is going to be really good next year

Assuming that Cameron Rising hasn’t suffered any serious long-term injury after the hit he took in the fourth quarter on a sack, I think we’re going to see him rise to national stardom.

We saw Rising impress on a national stage on Saturday night against a tough Ohio State team, passing for 214 yards and two touchdowns while completing 17-of-22 passes. He also rushed for a game-high 92 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. He had over 300 total yards before his injury and made very few mistakes.

Rising is just a sophomore and earned All-Pac-12 honors in his first year as a starting quarterback, taking over for Charlie Brewer when he left the program. He has a bright future ahead of him.

The talented sophomore is going to be a household name next year.
