Jimbo Fisher’s 2022 recruiting class is already as elite as can be, but who could he add to Texas A&M football by National Signing Day?

Who would have thought that Jimbo Fisher and Texas A&M football would upend the likes of Alabama, Georgia, and Ohio State with the No. 1 recruiting class in the country?

Fisher signed the No. 1 class in the early period and he looks to be well on his way to ensuring that the Aggies stay atop the team rankings with a strong finish on National Signing Day.

Texas A&M finished with the No. 8 recruiting class in the country a year ago and jumped all the way to No. 1 with an average rating of over 94 which is incredibly impressive.

Who are the top three remaining 2022 targets for the Aggies on signing day?

Texas A&M currently has 11 early enrollees, 16 more signees, and one commit in its 2022 class. That one commit is five-star linebacker, Harold Perkins.

So why is he on the list of top targets for signing day? Because a lot could happen before then.

Perkins committed to Texas A&M earlier this month, but there are a few teams that aren’t ready to give up on him in Miami, Florida, and LSU. What makes this even more interesting is the fact that he plans on visiting all three before signing day — he has actually already checked out Florida.

The Aggies need to fight to hang onto him and it’s not going to be easy.

Perkins has an offer from just about every major program and he’s ranked the No. 4 overall recruit and top linebacker in the 2022 class, according to the composite.
