Texas A&M football just landed the best recruiting class of all time so which incoming freshmen will have the biggest impacts?

Jimbo Fisher just landed the best recruiting class in college football history and it’s all about what Texas A&M football can do with all this talent now.

Will the Aggies prove to be the next threat to the Alabama and Georgia throne in the SEC or will it be more of the same 8-4/9-3 above-average play in College Station? If Fisher doesn’t win anything of note with this roster, there’s a good chance his time will be up sooner rather than later.

But hey, let’s not dwell on the negative because he did recruit the No. 1 class in the country.

Which incoming freshmen will have a major early impact for Texas A&M in 2022?

The cornerbacks could use a pick-me-up and early enrollee Denver Harris should be just that.

The five-star from Houston was ranked the No. 23 overall recruit in the class as well as the fourth-best cornerback and he should be able to crack that two-deep rotation from day one. While Texas A&M should have its starters figured out, I wouldn’t be shocked if Harris played starters snaps by the end of the season.

Harris has great size at 6-1 and 180 pounds and Gabe Brooks of 247Sports says that he looks like a future second-round pick and compared him to Kristian Fulton. The Aggies could use him to push guys like Tyreek Chappell and Jaylon Jones.

Expect Harris to come in right away and play meaningful snaps at corner. He has serious Freshman All-American potential.
