Anthony Brown has a heck of an offer sheet for a three-star defensive back. In fact, he was offered by Alabama, Auburn, Miami, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, and Wisconsin.

If that doesn’t tell you what type of player he is, I don’t know what will.

What makes him even more intriguing in an Arkansas uniform is the fact that the Razorbacks aren’t as deep in the secondary as Sam Pittman would like. He could be a backup safety immediately and even though there is talent returning such as Myles Slusher and Jalen Catalon, they could use Brown in that two-deep.

Brown is an athlete and he’s versatile enough to play cornerback for Arkansas next season but I see the 6-0, 185-pounder as more of a safety.

The highly sought-after athlete is ranked the No. 551 overall recruit and 49th-best safety in the class.
