1. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. OT. 52. Alabama. Evan Neal. player

There are two offensive linemen who could go here and while I think Jacksonville could use help just about everywhere, I think it has to protect its franchise quarterback in Trevor Lawrence with a massive athletic lineman like Evan Neal.

Neal is leaving Alabama a year early after dominating in 2021 and he raised his draft stock immensely this season. If a lineman goes No. 1 overall like I think will happen, it has to be Neal, in my opinion.

Oregon. player. Pick Analysis. EDGE. Scouting Report. Kayvon Thibodeaux. 2. 50

There’s going to be a ton of debate about this pick. Will the Lions go with hometown hero Aidan Hutchinson or athletic freak Kayvon Thibodeaux?

If I’m the Lions, I’m going with the sure pick in Thibodeaux who was widely regarded as the No. 1 overall pick all season long until the very end. His upside is tremendous and I think he has serious Pro Bowl potential from day one. He had a strong junior season despite missing a few games, recording a career-best 49 tackles with 12 tackles for loss and seven sacks.

Detroit needs to go disruptive end here.
