1. Georgia Bulldogs

I think the easy choice for the next college football dynasty has to be Georgia.

The Bulldogs finally got over the hump after years of “close, but not quite there yet” by beating Alabama in the national title game. Kirby Smart topped Nick Saban for the first time in his career as Georgia’s head coach and it feels like the tides are turning in the SEC. It just feels like Georgia is going to keep this momentum and push the Tide every year.

Also, if Georgia can win a national title with Stetson Bennett IV at quarterback, just imagine what the Bulldogs can do when they get one of their elite recruits under center.

Although Dan Lanning left for Oregon, the defense should be just as good in 2022 and beyond and the offense is sure to improve. This team is likely to be ranked No. 1 or No. 2 next season and if the Bulldogs win another national title in the next 2-3 years, it’ll be time to start considering them a budding dynasty.

Georgia is very much on the verge of that status and another title would almost cement it because it would surely lead to a third championship shortly after.
