Ole Miss is losing a lot at just about every position and I think the defensive line could use some help and that’s where Jaron Willis comes in.

The Rebels added Jaren Ivey in the transfer portal from Georgia Tech on the edge.

Willis is ranked the No. 185 overall recruit and 19th-best edge rusher in the 2022 class and he looks like the kind of player who could come in and be a Freshman All-American type of player.

The four-star edge rusher is the third-highest ranked signee in Ole Miss’ 2022 class. He’s the second-highest-ranked defensive tackle behind Zxavian Harris. He’s going to be more impactful than anyone else in this class because of his athleticism and explosion off the edge.

Ole Miss needs to improve that defense next season and Willis is the kind of prospect who can come in and have an immediate impact.
