In the SEC, it just means more — or so the conference boasts. And sometimes that “more” refers to the respect that some head coaches get before truly even proving themselves.
SEC football is home to a number of colorful personalities at the head coaching position from Nick Saban to Lane Kiffin to Mike Leach. There are a number of successful head coaches in the conference and there are also others who are overrated. Some have yet to prove themselves and don’t have much to speak about in terms of success, but the overrated ones stick out.
