Quarterback

Starter: KJ Jefferson
Backup: Malik Hornsby

There is going to be no debate about the quarterback position this season for Arkansas. KJ Jefferson is one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks in the country and is looking to improve as a passer heading into next season. Jefferson was also the leading rusher for Arkansas and there is a chance that he could do so again this season.

Jefferson took big strides this past season, as he only threw four interceptions and had a 67 percent completion rate. He is one of the most complete quarterbacks in the country and Arkansas is lucky to have him again this season.

Jefferson’s backup is likely to be Malik Hornsby who was the backup last season and is ready to fill in for the star quarterback if he were to get injured.
