Texas A&M football signed the No. 1 class of all time for 2022 and bring a talented roster into spring ball. Who could break out?

If you’re a Texas A&M football fan, you have to be excited about the future of the program. Jimbo Fisher is fresh off his first win over Alabama and he landed the No. 1 recruiting class ever.

The Aggies bring in one of the most impressive recruiting classes, on paper, of all time and it looks like they’ll have some true freshmen making immediate impacts. There are a handful of early enrollees and some guys who could break out this spring.

Sure, there will be some breakout freshmen this spring, but who else could stand out?

Shemar Turner isn’t part of Texas A&M’s talented 2022 recruiting class, but rather the former five-star was a crown jewel of the 2021 group, ranked as the No. 22 prospect in the nation.

In his first season with the Aggies, Turner played in seven games and had 14 total tackles, two tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks. He looked like a budding star and now that he’ll have an opportunity to see the field as a starter, I think he could be a dominant player.

Turner could use a big spring to prove that he’s worthy of that starting spot on the line even with all the elite talent coming in and he clearly has all the tools.
