Texas A&M Football

The Aggies are recruiting at such a high level right now that even when Texas A&M football lands top-100 commitments in back-to-back days, it’s not really a surprise. Just par for the course.

Texas A&M is ranked sixth overall in the 2023 college football recruiting class according to the On3.com consensus rankings.

That rating has improved with recent pledges and the first was from Bravion Rogers and Jayvon Thomas, two top-10 players in the state of Texas. They are also the sixth and ninth-ranked cornerbacks in the country according to On3.

A&M added a punter on April 11th too, so everything is firing on all cylinders in the recruiting operation right now.

Clemson

Dabo Swinney probably isn’t doing the Tigers any favors with his outspoken opposition to NIL, yet Clemson is still recruiting at a high level and has multiple commitments this month, including one of the most important.

The Tigers were able to keep building their pipeline of quarterback talent with another top-100 prospect as Christopher Vizzina pledged to Clemson earlier this week. He’s ranked 40th overall in the 2023 class and the 6-foot-3, 194-pounder out of Alabama is the fifth-ranked QB.
