With the 2022 NFL Draft approaching this week, let’s take a look at some of the top options for the Green Bay Packers with the No. 22 pick.

The Green Bay Packers had another great regular season finishing with 13 wins for the third consecutive season. The Packers though did have another disappointing ending to their season losing to the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round 13-10.

The Packers were able to bring back a lot of their key starters in free agency which included working out a new deal for star quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Yes, it’s great for Packers fans that Rodgers is back, but they did lose his favorite target to throw to in Davante Adams at the same time.

Adams was traded to the Las Vegas Raiders for their first and second-round picks in the 2022 NFL Draft. It was reported that Green Bay did eventually offer more money per year for Adams to re-sign, but this came after he was franchised tagged, plus stated he always wanted to play for his hometown team in the Raiders.

The Packers’ front office and general manager Brian Gutekunst will have their hands full in trying to help and fill Adams’ production on the offensive side of the ball moving forward. They did sign former Clemson wideout Sammy Watkins to a one-year deal but will need more production than just him at the receiver position.

With the trade involving Adams to the Raiders, the Packers now have two first-rounders at picks 22, and 28, plus two second-rounders as well.

Will they draft a wide receiver in the first round with one of those two first-rounders? Time will tell, but here are three options at pick No. 22 for Green Bay.
