Tight End: Mike O’Laughlin

Offense Spotlight: The biggest change to WVU’s offense entering the 2022 season is who the starting quarterback will be.

Obviously, I want (and idiotically believe) true freshman Nicco Marchiol to be the second coming of college underclass phenoms like a Bryce Young or Trevor Lawrence.

However, my gut tells me that West Virginia will go with college football journeyman and past number overall recruit J.T. Daniels.

Daniels has had some unfortunate injury luck in his career and my hope is that he’s able to show the country the talent that made him so sought after four years ago.
